The Unbundled Attorney Mastermind Retreat will be coordinated in the same spirit developed by the great Napoleon Hill, author of the widely acclaimed book, Think and Grow Rich:

Jacob Sapochnick
Jacob Sapochnick is a San Diego immigration attorney who has built a highly successful practice and online legal brand.
He has over 135,000 followers on Facebook, over 170,000 followers on Instagram, thousands of subscribers on YouTube, and receives invitations regularly to appear on national media. He has become an expert on how to position and promote your firm and its content across the internet effectively.
In the past year, Jacob has been focused on growing his Youtube and Instagram following and has developed some cutting-edge strategies for 2019 that have grown his brand tremendously. Jacob will share the exact strategies he has implemented so you can apply them to grow your practice right away as well.
Rhonda & Jayshree Naidu
When Rhonda and Jayshree Naidu first came on board with Unbundled Attorney in July of 2016, Rhonda was a solo practitioner and had acquired only 9 clients so far that year.
Fueled by a high volume of Unbundled leads, they acquired 71 additional clients by the end of that year and in 2018, brought on board an astonishing 246 new clients.
In order to keep up with the massive and rapid growth of the firm, they have had to scale up the size of their firm tremendously. They now have 10 staff members supporting 7 lawyers in two office locations. Rhonda and Jayshree will break down how they accomplished this rapid scaling process, including how they source, hire, pay and manage all their new staff and lawyers.
Rhonda & Jayshree will also share lessons learned along the way, and share systems and processes they've implemented that you can apply in your practice right away. You'll also learn about the donation based legal clinic they're opening in partnership with Unbundled Attorney and the Unbundled Lawyer Foundation.
Clay Wilkinson
Clay has worked with Unbundled Attorney for 5 years now and during that time period, along with his ex-law firm partner, has fielded over 6000 leads. Throughout the process, Clay has developed a suite of unbundled services to fit the legal needs and budget of his clients for both uncontested and contested family law cases.
Clay will discuss how to break cases down into billable segments and offer unbundled services on both the “horizontal” and “vertical” scale. He will share typical price points for each of his unbundled services, how he educates and enrolls each client, and how to draft the limited scope retainer agreements to fit each unique relationship.
Clay will also provide real-life client examples and share the actual limited scope agreements he drafted for these clients. This will be a unbundling “masterclass” from one of the most experienced Unbundled Attorneys in the network. You won’t want to miss it!
Mechelle Woznicki
Before becoming an attorney, Mechelle served in the US Navy for 9 years and worked as a Global Sourcing Manager for 20 years. Over the years she developed a great deal of experience building efficient systems, including becoming knowledgeable and skilled in LEAN manufacturing methods.
Once she became an attorney and opened her own practice, she immediately applied this experience towards building a highly efficient and streamlined family practice. During her presentation, Mechelle will share the philosophy of LEAN manufacturing, and how you can break each of your processes down in your firm to eliminate inefficiencies and streamline your workflows.
Mechelle will also showcase some of the legal technology based systems she has implemented, and how she has them configured. She will also share some of the exact workflows she uses on a daily basis to help her get her legal task work done in a fraction of the time.
